Talk on Internet Safety to students by Dr. Maureen Griffin
Dr. Maureen Griffin from M.G.M.S. Training Limited gave very informative talks to all our students on Wednesday 4th March. Dr. Maureen Griffin B.A. M.A. Ph.D., is a forensic psychologist specialising in the area of online offending. She has recognised the need for education/training for children and those responsible for their care and protection. Her talk focussed on issues around social media, cyber-bullying and internet and mobile phone safety. Her talk was very well received by the students and we would like to thank Ms. Elaine Shine for co-ordinating Maureen’s visit to our school.
