Chef in the Classroom Cookery Initiative
First and Second year students enjoyed creative cake decorating through the JCSP Celebrity Chef initiative. Many thanks to the very talented Joanna Loughnane for sharing her skills on the use of icing to decorate cakes. Also a big thank you to Ms. Cummins and Ms. Corrigan for organising such a wonderful event.
